Health and Safety Committee

The Health and Safety Committee is focused on improving worker health and safety by identifying and eliminating hazards through a union-based approach, focusing on worker involvement and empowering members to be part of the solution, not the problem. The committee works and hand in hand with the SPCs and the safety leadership at the plant to ensure everyone has a safe workplace. It is your right to a safe workplace and our committee is here to ensure that happens. If you are interested in joining the committee please come to the monthly union meeting and express your interest in the committee.
